U.S. and rest of world (excluding Europe, Australia & New Zealand) returns must now be sent back to our California warehouse.

Australian, Europe and New Zealand returns must still be sent to our Australia HQ.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty.
To request a return, please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent directly to the appropriate Rhythm warehouse for processing.
If a discount code was used on a full-priced item and you’re not satisfied, we are happy to process a return in line with our standard policy. Please note this does not apply to sale items.
